Not too bad, but as mentioned above once your leads dont convert the company you are promoting will call your leads and enquire as to where they got their website from.
To improve conversions, have a look at your wording...you have a few grammer mistakes in that text, and if that is the exact text you are using then that is the problem with your conversions...with those kinds of mistakes it just screams SCAM!
(e.g ".
..your salesman will contact you" change to something along the lines of "
...a member of our sales department will contact you...")
Make it seem more professional, more like something that an actual car dealer WOULD send to a potential customer..
As for the magic number thing, i would never reveal that kind of link to my leads. It looks like an affiliate link (even though directly its not an affiliate link). You must not give your leads ANY REASON AT ALL TO DOUBT YOU! They must not for one second even think that the reply they are reading might be some kind of scam..
If it were me:
First thing i would do is set up a website for a car dealer, eg. mycarsite.com
Then i would create a gallery on my car site for all the cars i have for sale.
I would then set up my magic number link as a redirect of my actual car site, eg: mycarsite.com/your_quote (When they visit this link they are redirected to the magic number link)
I would also create an email address at my carsite's domain e.g
[email protected]
Now i would post as you have. And as people reply i would contact them using my
[email protected] email address. I would also give them a link to my car site to view more details of the car they want to purchase.
Then i would say, if they are still interested to click on
www.mycarsite.com/your_quote and complete the form to get an instant insurance quote for the car and allow us to capture their details. A member of our sales department will be in contact with them soon to arrange a test drive... (or something similar)
Remember, the key is NOT give them ANY REASON TO DOUBT YOU! So spend a week or two and develop a very nice car site. Something that looks like a company would actually want to present to their leads to persuade them to buy a car from them. Every aspect of your response to your leads must seem like its coming from an actual company. Remember not to make yourself sound too desperate. A real car dealer will have many people replying to their ads.
Your conversions will skyrocket if you use a two response approach. i.e When they first reply you say something like "
...hi im jon doe from mycarsite.com, thanks for your interest, to view more on the car visit mycarsite.com/chev1232, dont hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to arrange a test drive.." Then only some of the people will reply back, but you know that these people are very interested in the car and will jump through many hoops to get it, you can then reply to them with something like "
...blah blah (all the most generic questions answered) to arrange a test drive go to mycarsite.com/your_quote to get an instant insurance quote and allow us to capture your details and a member of our sales team blah blah..."
Also, you my want to consider promoting a credit report instead...
