heres a good one....

Been working with a CPA company for about 8 months now and I couldnt help but think that they were seriously skimming. so I did some looking around and joined a different company and proceeded to earn significantly better with them. my earnings from the original affiliate started to decrease as I moved traffic to my new affiliate. Finally they canceled my account and withheld my earnings (wasnt much so didnt care). This was a month ago.

now I recently got an email from them asking why my earning went down and if I build them back up again they will reactivate my account (lol). what they dont realize is that they didnt "fire" me, I fired them.

So I replied in a professional matter and subtly put that I think they were skimming my earnings and that I am earning better with another company. If they can match my earnings now I might consider re-joining them. We have been recently throwing numbers back and forth and I'm having a good time negotiating with a CPA for more money (a first for me) :D.

moral of the story: YOU'RE the boss.....not them.

They canceled your account because you stopped running traffic? I'd tell them to fuck off.

well I didnt stop all together but I probably cut it down about 70%.

Was that Copeac by any chance? That's what happened to my mate. Hope you get the best deal at the end!

Really dont want to say who at just yet because Im still talking with them and I dont want to take the risk of an AM spy seeing this post but Ill let you know when Im in the clear.:)

Still why would you still associate with a company that banned you because you decided someone else had better payouts? If they were skimming to begin with then the other company is better anyways (unless you can convince them to BEAT the other companies payouts, not MATCH them)

that is a good point. Honestly at this point I doubt I will go back to them but I cant help but laugh at the fact that there negotiating with me so if anything Im enjoying the moment and now they realize that my traffic has more value outside of them so if anything I am curious to see what there move is next. If there is a chance that I can earn more by going back to them I dont want to miss it.

There is a chance. It is the AM's job to get you to stay with the network. Most AMs anywhere will beat any other networks payout if you threaten to leave. Guarantee it.

Personally I would use this exercise to learn how to negotiate hard core ... as I said to my ex-wife .. once a cheater always a cheater bitch ... the skimming comes from the top down ... have some fun

you said they cancelled your account and withheld your earnings? and then want to negotiate to come back?

screw that shit, its an accident waiting to happen if you go back to a company like that. They have already proven they can't be trusted. If you send traffic to them, it might seem like a great deal if they offer a higher payout, but is it really a better deal if you never see the money when they withhold it again for no reason?

If you send traffic to them again, i can almost guarantee you'll be kicking your own ass for it sometime down the road, maybe soon or maybe later, but sometime for sure.

I agree.

We are the boss.

Without us they don't make much money.

They already fucked you twice, third time the charm? You should throw them under the bus here for their actions
