i hope this is the right forum to post this as i realy didnt know..

but, if the network is converting at 1/22 cpa, and im converting at 1/3 cpa... this probably is a stupid question, but what is my likelihood of getting banned? (lets say if the netowrk is medium as far as strictness)...

100%?
80%?
0%?

or is a 1/3 conversion rate something that cant be looked at by the network as absolutely unrealistic, and they just leave me be?

Generally you want to be at 1-5% to be safe.
Now some offers like like email & 1 page submits, are higher.

But converting 1 in 3 is kinda like standing with a flashing neon sign above your head while blarring 150 decibel air horns saying ban me.

Mix in some referer blocked junk traffic that will cost you next to nothing and just be safe.

It's alright if you're doing it the legit way. Now if you're doing an incentive method on a non incentive cpa, then you might want to purchase some high quality ads or iframe some of your own sites.

yes you should dillute your conversions if your not doing 100% on the up and up

Junk traffic, meta refresh your link. No need to be careless.
