wondering anyone has implemented this technique and what is the results like.

I did, I used cpalead as my gateway, made a few dollars. I haven't made a myspace profile, getting traffic from adwords and google, people are using the form. I just need to tweak it some.
 
I lack the scripting skills to do anything like this but it does seem like this would work well, nice thinking!

edit: I don't have the scripting talents needed for this, I did buy a nice domain, I'm ranked decent for this and I made a few dollars, most of what I'm using can be found on the interwebs. If someone wants to take it over, I'm willing to sell the domain, as I don't have the time for it.

Congratulations on your post and insightful thinking. You really need to find a better Internet connection for your projects, that would be the 1st goal to achieve, actually there are some broadband services servicing rural areas and charges are not so high, recently I saw an ad offering broadband satellite services for rural US areas for around 45 usd. or so, just Google for it. you wont scape your parents home so soon, at least in the next 3 - 6 months despite any sucess u achieve, so you need to plan the future on a daily basis.

next I will work my ass in order to become a Jr Vip and go for the Joint venture section there and get some partner in order to make this happen faster, there is nothing wrong to ask for help or find reliable partners in fact is key to get any success in life!

I am currently not in possession of the funds to do even that, as sad as that may sound. It doesn't bother me, though. My mind is constantly being overloaded with ideas like this, so it is completely irrelevant to me if someone else profits using this idea without myself being compensated for it. I just feel like giving something to the community that is having a significant impact on changing my mindset to one that is suited towards IM.

Well if you want to make a site and domain for free, sign up at 110mb or 000webhost for FREE (they have no ads), and get either a free .tk domain (pm me if you need help), or a .co.cc domain.
ALL FREE for setting up the website, once you make money, get a better site and domain! :)
