Part of the reason there are channels set up for things are so that the provider of the service can track things properly and if the company has a system in place it is best to go that route.

You can buy like 20k xrummer links from fiverr for that site... worked for me If it's young you have big chances for sandboxing it!

There's some guys from Oregon that tried to start a site whose business name is the same as one of my own; and managed to buy one of the top level domains using a hyphen to host the same services which my company renders to our clients. Don't risk your life or personal freedom to attempt to beat your competition. ddos = jail time and xrumer = nasty content.. What happens if they redirect back to you?

Here's what you should do.. Register your trademark at uspto.gov, then contact their hosting company and report them. Finally, if they are using the content from your site, they won't last long.. Google doesn't like unoriginal ad copy.. If you are making new content everyday and have a proper sitemap with a little SSL certificate, you're good. Don't listen to the retards who are talking about attacking them. That's so ignorant. One last thing brother; if they end up using your ads and they are google ads, you can utilize the adwords platform as a means to DMCA the owner and google will even remove the site from ranking

P.S. If they bought the domain from godaddy and you have proof of trademark -even if it's pending- Godaddy will allow you to seize it without a court order. Easier DONE than said, really. It just takes time. Best wishes to you.
