Have any of you guys ever received any repercussions from doing this? I know your just embedding the videos, but I've heard that can still get you in trouble. What do you think would be the worst that could happen? I'm guessing you would receive a take-down notice before any further legal action is taken.
I've got a dedicated server I was gonna use for a project that fell through, but its located in the US. I know I've seen tons of these TV/Movie sites hosted with US based companies, but I'm wondering what's your guys opinion on using US hosting for something like this? Is it stupid for me to even ask?

At first you will probably get a DMCA take-down notice. They won't sue the small fish that are hardly ranked and hardly making money compared to the buy guys like Sidereel, tvduck and watch-movie-links

i'm not sure if you'll know the answer, as you did not design the software, but do you know how the cpa wizard knows that the person has completed the offer and confirmed the email, and thus releases the video for viewing?
I'm trying to think of other ways this can be used, such as long form submits to release the website for 24h instead of one email submit per episode, etc. do you think this can be done?

It was an offer that payed out $4.15. I didn't even have to drive much more than 1,000 hits to get enough clicks. And for some reason the offer didn't get shaved. But nowadays with networks and their awareness of our tricks here is what i would reccommend:
-Get a good rotator, like code fu. (It will allow you to rotate as many ads as you could possibly want, plus tracking)
-Get signed up with as many networks as you can, maybe 8 or so.
-Rotate like 20 offers. ($200 a day, rotated through 20, is only $10 a day, you're likely to get paid by at least 95% of the advertisers.
-Push all the traffic you possibly can, just post a bunch of videos to youtube and and other video sites, (Watch Wolverine!, Go to my site.....)
-Use a gif image that looks like a loading screen and have the BHCB pop up in front of it.
Fake the refferer using CPAredirector or the standalone version.

Better to embed a real video then fake video. Set delay time about 5-8 seconds before the gateway launched.
The visitor will see the real video is there and will be complete action to fill survey on gateway.
A personally embed every new episodes of video from M3gavideo, the embed code paste easily to wordpress post editor.

I've tried that. it was more effort than what it paid off. But i'm sure if employed correctly it could work very well and increase conversions.

Hey man, I was just reading your post that I've quoted below. I do this too, I put it at about 7 seconds. I'd like to do it longer...like 20 seconds. But then once the video is fully loaded people could just click on it and go to the megavideo site to watch it. Wish I knew of a way to stop people being able to click on the video and watching it at their site.
