It's technically illegal to host or post links to tv show episodes right? I'd like to try this but that's holding me back.
I suppose you wouldn't even need to have the episode available on your site, and could just use a fake video thumbnail. They wouldn't know until they filled out the survey, although you wouldn't get any returning visitors.

To get around that, maybe you could post video thumbnails like you said, and then have a link on the thumbnail to actual episodes on other sites (Youtube, Fox tv, etc). That way YOU wouldn't actually be hosting the episodes, you'd only be supplying links to them.

I'm wondering about the copyright too or how you can use videos from other websites in general. I know that it's no problem embedding youtube. How is it with content from other websites?
If anybody has some input about how to legally embed or refer to other website's video content, that would be very helpful.

I started about a few months ago with NO experience in internet marketing. I had no knowledge of SEO, HTML, website building, back links or anything technical related to the internet. I read hundreds of threads suggesting ?easy? ways of earning money, but I had no clue how to implement them. I?m 100% sure now that with determination and a bit of creativity it is possible to make money on ANY method posted on this website. Now I am sharing my success story. It is not a new method at all but I hope it will encourage some people to act and start making money!
Knowledge and tools required:
- Wordpress
- A few CPA networks
- Domain name
- Hosting
Wordpress is super easy to use and even a noob like me was able to learn how to use it fairly quickly.I assume most people that browse this site have at least some basic knowledge on how to build a website, just Wordpress makes life so much easier.
Background of the method:
So I created a TV show website back in August with about the top 20 shows that are currently airing on TV like House, Heroes, Gossip Girl and Grey?s Anatomy. I used a premium theme that I found on this forum that is made specifically for videos. I didn?t want to post all the episodes of the shows since it is really time consuming finding every episode if the show is in its 7th season. So I just posted the episodes of the current season because that is what people are looking for.
The Method:
It?s simple: you block the video with a gateway that forces people to fill out a survey or you?re CPA offer in order to access the video.
White Hat version:
Use CPAL3ad because they provide gateways with surveys that allow incentives.
Black Hat version:
Use CPA networks with either BlackHat CodeBreaker or the CPA Money Wizard Automated Content Protection (I prefer this one). You also have the fake your referral. For that, I use the CPA Redirector plugin with a white hat landing page!!(If you don?t understand how to do that you can search around on the forum or if a lot of people can?t find it, I?ll explain). Knock on wood I haven?t been banned yet.
Traffic:
I get 0 organic traffic since I suck at SEO All my traffic is from Web 2.0. I just bookmark my post, submit it to social media, yahoo answers and etc.
In September, I made $2954 which is pretty much $100/day. I?m so happy that I finally found a method that works and will soon outsource a lot of work to increase my earnings and hopefully improve on SEO! $200/day here I come!

I have bhcb and I havent used it that much. I did already use it with CPA redirect so that is very familiar but I didnt do it with a movie themed site...very cool and I will have to try this.

It was the first one I used so I've used it since. I'm 100% sure BHCB works the same way from what I've read on these forums. Might buy it when the new version is released since it seems like many other good features will be added.

Technically it's illegal to host or to link to videos. But there are sooo many sites that do it, they won't just sue the small guys. They go for the big fish like TPB.
You can use fake video thumbnails if you are using BH method with CPA offers but if you use CPAL3ad, you can't put fake content. Either way I recommend putting the actual videos. You can put a tease time on the gateway. This means that it will pop up after a specified amount of time. So I put it at like 5 seconds so the user can see that the video is actually there and they will be more willing to complete the offer. Your conversion will skyrocket!!
