How I can use Xrumer properly, I am not getting any PR.

If you're using it for profile links just be sure to ping them. If you can find your own platforms and mod it you can get some serious rankings.

And the profiles don't have PR to transfer to you, but that's not how you use profile links. You just want the anchor text from a domain with some trust.

Well, you're all right...so fair enough, use the right tool for the right job.

Personally, what I do is run tests with 3 tools for at least 3 months to enhance results because you're smart in getting variations with different SEO penetration...

Then I'll use the results to blast and scale-up traffic working with winning keywords in PPC, media buys, (paid traffic campaigns) further testing to bring home the bacon.

You can argue why pay for traffic? Because you can't put all your eggs in one basket
