And some exclusive content for members

I can't manage that volume of content and I have no budget to pay an external content creator

What should I do?

Continue with my rhythm of 2 long videos and 5 shorts a week is a right way?

Or I have nothing to do, against the productivity of my competitor?

I don't think it really matters as long as you can make a solid video. Them putting out all of that content means they are sacrificing something along the way, usually it's the quality that gets reduced. There a lot of channels that only post content once a week or once a month and they still do well.

You don't have to be bothered if your short speaks volume.

I know a company who is doing the same, every day 2 blog posts with unique images and video’s including posting. He is using: contentrocket . io

Prioritize creating high-quality, valuable content that stands out. Well-researched, well-edited videos that offer unique insights or entertainment can attract more viewers.

IMHO, you should focus on your channel, not your competitors. if you have free time, create more content.
