my comments get marked as spam instantly

hello,
since yesterday all my comments get marked as spam instantly (they don't seem to be spam - every comment is different, but contains bit.ly link).
Is there any method to make it work again?
Is it a matter of using ｗｉｄｅ ｔｅｘｔ properly?

I change IP
When I skip "bit.ly" link, it passes.

Try using different IP address. Change your URL shorter and try again.

Try scraping some proxies and see if it suddenly works

First, clean your cache then change your IP and try another url shorteners. bit.ly are just overused and its not that appealing anymore.
