This is my story

I get 5-6 video on youtube, then I split them to many part.

Finally, I mixing them to a "compilation" video (I wrote credit owner in description) But, i have a problem. One of video owner report me Reupload Video with Youtube. And i have a strike.

I know that and chatting with him to retract the claim and send him a apology. But he is don't reply me even I try contact more than 5 times.

How can I do now, If I appeal this claim, I have any opportunity to win :(

Thanks for read.

Don even try to request an appeal or you can think you can win, be careful, if you get 2 more strikes your channel will be deleted by youtube. I got my channel deleted one week ago :(

Strikes and deletions are the cost of doing BH business with YT, you have to factor it in the mix. Workarounds are to reupload on another account without "crediting" or tipping off the report-happy member, or re-editing it more carefully so as not to trigger a report. Or, using animoto or similar software to quickly convert the clip into a cartoon. Think creatively, twist and tweak.

From my personal experience, NEVER appeal a video unless you're certain you're going to win. By appealing a real-life person will take a look at your video... and all he'll see is reuploaded content ====> whole channel banned. Just thinking of a real YouTube staff worker surfing through your channel should be enough to put you off I think:)
