my channel and adsense got deleted

my 2 channels and adsense account got deleted by youtube recently. i want to start new channel with new gmail and link it to a network and not adsense.
the thing that stills holding me is that i dont know if it is safe to create new channel in new gmail since my ip may be black listed and they may delete every channel i reate.

does any one of guys have any infos about this ? is it okey to start again in youtube ?

Really strange, I don't know why so many channels are getting banned or terminated by Youtube this Month.

I would suggest to use a VPN and different browser to stay safe as google can track footprints. So better to stay on safer side then risking things.
