My category getting indexed but not my actual post

Hello. I am having some issue with my 3weeks old site.when I check on "site:my site.com" in google I see only my category pages but not my actual post what could be the problem. I use Astra theme and WordPress. I want my actual post to rank and not my category pages

Now a days, google takes more times to index the pages, even for older sites. Your site is too young. Give it times. Do you have submit sitemap to search console?

OK,but so annoying seeing my category pages showing up instead of my actual post

FOr best practice, first, you need to block crawling you all type of archive page. Law quality content, and if a domain is very fresh, then google ignores indexing it. For fresh domain, try to share your content on various social media channels. This will helps google to identify your website.

FWIW, one of my top performing sites is indexed the same way

Apparently, Google still finds its pages to rank

As long as it's making money, I'm a happy camper
