So Scriptlance sucks. I used the worst combo ever: Bank transfer to Paypal to Scriptlance escrow for a web designer who took 2 weeks to make a website, but didn't really make the website.

The project was for $500 and I made a $250 deposit but never another one. Can Scriptlance draw $250 more if the provider wins the dispute?

-I have $104 still in my account.

ScriptLance almost never takes action until someone starts making threats to call their credit company. In the dispute make sure to state specifically that you set standards for the web designer and he failed to meet them. If you can't make any kind of negotiation not to pay him, try to knock it down to $50 or something. As for drawing more money, no, ScriptLance can't do that. I'd work on moving my money out of that account, as well.

What the HELL would you pay $500 for a web designer? Could have just given me a PM and I would have made one for less than half that.

Edit: Scriptlance sucks, never had a good experience with them. I do work and never get paid and they don't do a thing about it.
