I have a goal, i will be working 2 years, 8 hours every day.
The first year is for create a stable income. I have 6000$ for invest in Seo and i will invest 75% of the money i get with CPA.
The second year is for get big money.
My goal is earn the second year 100000$. 1000 sales of 100$ CPA.

WHAT DO YOU THINK GUYS? CAN YOU HELP ME TO IMPROVE MY PLAN??

Seems pretty good.

You should do your own SEO at first and when you start to make a little cash then invest that into a service.

Thanks for the comment, im very interested in learn SEO, i think SEO is the most powerful tool at this moment to triumph
in the business world.

First... good luck in your new venture.

Second... It's important to have a plan.

Third... BUT... And this is a huge one: don't expect it to work out that way. I've rarely finished a project or venture with it looking anything like it started. Most of the time, the plan is just there to give you focus as you develop/find what works.

It might be wise to play with SEO and learn the basics before you start to commit 000's of dollars or months of your time and resources.

...just stay flexible, learn to spot the small successes, and then move/maximise on them. Remember that a success can be hidden inside an apparent failure. Just because you didn't make a profit out of something, doesn't mean that you didn't gain learning/assets/insight or and idea that could work if developed. I've made a LOT of money from markets that traditionally don't make that much; because I worked them hard and saw the possibilities (without fooling myself - and that comes from experience.)

Best of luck my friend...

Couldn't agree more to this lol :D

I still have a few sites in development because I keep tweaking them. They are still a little similar to the original idea but there's definitely a ton of new features in there that weren't in the original business plan :D

If you're writing about something you know and love then it will seem to be a bit easier.

Good luck on your business :)

That's a great start buddy...

...but never forget it's ALL about the marketing. If I had a dollar for every site I've been shown that looks feels great, but makes zero money, then... Well...

I'm seriously not trying to knock your enthusiasm, but understand that first and foremost you're a SALES business...

If I started a training company, then it's not a training company, it's a sales company that sells training...

If I started a printing company, then it's not a printing company, it's a sales company that sells printing...

...hopefully, you see where I'm coming from. Read Michael Gerber's "The E-Myth"; it explains well how you need to separate and understand the technical 'substance' of what you do/produce, from the entrepreneurial act of selling it, as well as managing the business as an entity. Knowing a lot about a field is great for being the technician, but nothing will happen without the marketer/entrepreneur/manager in you.

Test & Measure... Test & Measure... and Test & Measure again.

Sorry if I've gotten a little 'deep' here; I've been consulting all afternoon and am winding down! I hope you take these comments in the spirit they're meant. :D

Difficult to give advice without more detail, but in general terms I agree with jascoken's comment and will add this:

1. Don't spend disproportionate amounts on SEO while neglecting Conversion Rate Optimization. There is little point in getting visitors to your site, but failing to convert them. That is a science on its own.

2. Understand the needs of your target audience very well. Make sure you create a product that people are actually looking for. It sounds like you've done that, but it's important to be clear on this. Keyword research is a great start, but once you're up and running, do constant user surveys as well. Look at tools like Qualaroo and 4Q.

3. Think about every reason why this could fail and have a counter-plan for it. Ask uncomfortable questions about your plan; really interrogate the logic and challenge every assumptions that you may have made.

4. Make a success of the Spanish side of things before diluting your focus with English. When you get to that stage, you may find that an English audience has different needs so reconsider your approach. Consider employing the services of an English copywriter.

Good luck!

I think we can consider the money paid to the Seo Services like an invesment. I think in the online business we have great oporttunities that dont exist in the offline business. I am very sure that (with a few hours of research and good web development) you can get 10$ for each 1$ you invest in Internet.Maybe i am too optimistic....

In fact...i hate have the website of my niche with more articles (80), good articles that really show the people how to invest money...but the web is not in the top 500 of google...
i have seo friendly urls...seo friendly articles with normal density of keywords...etc... i wait this is just a question of time... the web have only 4 months online and the competence in the niche is high...

While planning makes sense, it doesn't make sense when starting in a new industry like internet marketing, SEO, blogging etc...

Things change dramatically and not to mention the path is never a linear one. Get dirty, start figuring out what works and what doesnt. When you finally find a path that does work, then begin to scale that. Again, the path to 100k may not come from 1,000 CPA sales.

I would learn as much as you can and maybe try a site niche that isn't the one you want to target first to make sure you spend your money the right way.

Good luck, you have a lot of work ahead, my tip is to not get distracted or start any new ventures until you complete this one!

Mate, you could at least read the thread before commenting, this thread is from 2012. At least try reading the whole thread..

When I came up with my SEO business plan. I made sure it was 100% fool proof. I wrote about 8-10k words. I have about 8 spreadsheets, I set out everything that needed to be set out. Have the CLEAREST idea of what needs to be done and how. So if you were to give the plan to alien, it could follow the plan through. I've even gone to the extent of planning EXACTLY action for action on how I research the keywords. Every backlink structure, every cost, even beer. :) Hope all is going well.

From your first original post the best advice I can tell you is to outsource your articles so they are legible and do
not count on a plan since the IM game is changing day by day. You have to know what you are doing and be flexible.

Everytime when I start a business am thinking about plan B. Do you have one? What if will not work? How can you cover your fees?
