Hello,

I don't have the money to hire a lawyer to write my bots terms of service. The bot I'm coming out with, I need to get a TOS page. I was wondering how I can get a good one for software, or would it be legal if I use TubeBoosters TOS? The link to it is:
Code:
http://tubebooster.com/Terms.aspx

Just take ideas from the tubebooster tos and add your own comments in instead of totally stealing it.

And that is legal, to take the TOS and rewrite it for your needs? How many changes do I need to make to it to make it legal? :p

Okay, I posted on a freelance website the TOS of TubeBooster, and am hiring someone to rewrite it and make it original put with all the same ideas and concepts. :)

A TOS doesn't have to be done by a lawyer. They are the stipulations made by you. It doesn't really matter. You are wasting your money on paying someone, its not a huge deal anyways. Just make it similar. Damn its like when i used cliffnotes to write summaries in high school

Hehe, well I already paid a very good legal writer to write it for me and make sure there are no holes. I just want to be safe, Cliffnotes are nice, but if the teacher finds out she can't turn around and sue you. :p
