My Bot Visitors stats in Google Analytics

I created a bot to have lower produce bounce rate. This stat is of 12 hours. None of the visitors were detected as bot in GA and in service provider all visitors are showing as (not set).

What's the point in using this? Will Ahref and Semrush able to detect this traffic?

Posted in blackhat section. So, this is to get approved by ad agencies like taboola and mgid.
AND some people do find use of these visitors.
