Hello i work for a new company doing web design and now website SEO. Iv tried to explain how it works but they don't get it. They keep saying i want to type in "keyword" and we are at the top and don't get how hard it is to rank for them keywords.
They spend a lot of money on Facebook ads but when i mention google adwords as ranking for the keywords they want to isn't something i can do and will take months if not years. They are just not interested.
I have mentioned that i am trying to get some free backlinks where i can but i am struggling but have never offered or cared to ask about buying backlinks etc.
Now i have done as much on page SEO and humanly possible and written blog posts.
However i now have a new problem
They have put their products on Amazon and want me to help rank it. They just think that in a matter of days i can bang out some fake reviews and they will be at the top of Amazon.
Now i don't know basically anything about Amazon SEO other than the fact its very hard to do. I have 1 Amazon account, plus a few family members who can save the product, ask questions but not review it as we haven't purchased the product.
He keeps going on about asking questions on the product page but they have like 7 SKU's and i only have 1 or 2 Amazon accounts plus is that really going to help much?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
