My blogspot deleted by google because of dmca complaint ,help !!

i created a online movie blog 6 months ago, i started to work on it.
After 3-4 months my blog started to get 7k-8k pageviews per day, i used infinity ads, infolinks & chitika,
i earned almost 100$ in 3 months

that is too low but that was my first income which made me so happy!!

once my blog got a complaint for the newly released indian movie from some copyright owner , google made my post unpublished, i didn't know much about dmca & those stuffs at that time. I kept publishing that copyrighted post & again i got complaint.
after doing this three times, next day my blogger account suspended & my blog got deleted too!!
how can i save my blogs from this ? i would like to start my blog again ?
if i keep the copyright post unpublished then users of my blog will go somewhere else to watch the movie ?

Well a start would be to have a self hosted blog instead of relying on Blogger.

100$ in three months is not that bad for your first income.
But don't do stuff like this on blogger. Buy hosting and a domain (with whois protection would be the best) and make your own website. You can easily do this with wordpress

First, he is not some copyright owner. He is the guy who could have sued you according to Indian Laws.

And, lets keep it short, you can't get your blog back. No one has ever got! (DMCA notice issued to you one after the other, raised alarms for google, they were giving you warnings to stop these activities, but after unheeding, they have permanently brought down the blog)

We have members with much more traffic being taken down.

That's why, we blackhatters say, never host your site on a place where you don't have control over it. It's an advice for your next projects.

$100 in 3 months is very bad for 7-8k pageviews per day... You could have been making that much per day with the right monetization method. That blog is gone forever, so in the future stay away from Blogger, before it ruins more of your hard work.

Don't get ANY hosting, get off-shore hosting that ignores DMCA if you want to continue with copyrighted content.

Which hosting should i use for starting own website.
i don't know much about SEO but i'm friendly with blogger & i think blogger is friendly with google & seo,
Are you all sure that copyright complaint won't affect my website or hosting ? because they also email at hosting service & domain seller ?
one of my friend bought a hosting server of russia & he says cyber law doesn't work in russia so hosting service & any other won't take action about the copyright complaint email ??

The advice given on dmca ignoring host is only part of the solution you need to be prepared for google to sandbox you.

Google will uphold a legit dmca and remove you from the serps, so if you're in that game get used to it.

You don't need server. Buy shared hosting if it suits you, and it should be ok for you as you used blogspot. Just search for off shore hosting recommendations here on BHW. There is many threads discussing this. I'm using underhost.us for many years for similar sites. They are a bit expensive but never had problems with them. You can easily find something cheaper if you are on budget.

If you are going to ignore complaints 3 times the only option left for any webhost ( not just blogspot) is to delete your blog.

You may change your host but if you are not serious about these complaints you are playing with fire.
