My blog was linked from onrender.com. Is this negative SEO atack?

Hello, fellas,
I have noticed, using Sermrush that my blog was linked from onrender.com and various other subdomains like binggo.onrender.com
I know that webmasters can't avoid been linked from sources like that.
But why this is happening? Is this some sort of negative SEO attack?

Render.com by itself is a legit static site web host - i host almost all my money sites on it.

Although since its a free host you would have to check the linking sites case by case to find out if they are ok or not.

If you find out that you are getting spammed by subdomains on render.com you could just disavow the entire domain on search console.
