Hello,

2 weeks ago i started by blog. I bought an domain and host, install wordpress etc. First i use for content WPRobot but i didn't had succes with it...than i post articles myself ( copy from other website). But still i don't have visits. It's a medicine news website. What i can do ?

I wanna post the link here to give me sugestions, but i think i'm not allowed.

try adding copyscape passed unique articles with keywords related to niche of your site. also start building back links.
 
Is it specific for 1 medicine, or all medicine fields? If you just copied it all from 1 website, it will be very hard to rank for the same keywords. Google already sees 1 website that already has the same information, so right now they don't have any reason to rank your website also. That is why you don't have any visitors.
 
How i can create manual backlinks ? How i can search high PR blogs and comment them ?

Just search for your keywords in google, then when you see a blog in the listings, find an article on that site and comment on it. Then just keep going through all the listings doing that.
 
Damn...but i do same thing when i had blogspot health blogg and i outrank some big sites :D.

Give it some time. It may take some weeks or months before you start seeing results. However, continue doing the necessary backlink building strategies.
 
What u can do is first get "SeoPressor" plugin....u can probably get that here on BHW and it will help u optimize ur posts, then u will want to use social marker to start getting some traffic. That's what I did for my blog which is about 6 months old and I'm seeing a decent flow of traffic now.......remember, it takes some time so be patient.
 
If you look in the Big G, type in "useful money tips" and my site ranks among the top 3 spots using my theory. Hope this helps.
 
If you installed Wordpress using Fantastico, make sure you enable 'Show My Blog To Everyone, Spiders, and Search Engines" in the privacy settings. Fantastico by default blocks spiders and search engines, which doesn't do great things for indexing.

Just wanted to double check that, cause more than a few times I've seen ppl on here get quite angry when they realized theyve been blocking search engines all this time.
 
My Privacy option was ok :D. I implement an social backlink technique wich i find here. I hope it will work :D.
 
Hmm this is wired...when i check my indexed pages on google with one tool it show only 2 ( for 1 week :-s ). But if i go on google and i write site:mydomain.com i get many results.
 
You need to add some of your own words at the top of your post/page before the copied content it just needs to be a paragraph, and then attribute the copied text to the origial author/website.

Adding your own paragraph or two to the top of the post also gives you the advantage of being able to optomize the post for SEO by having your keyword/s the first words on the page.

You will also need some backlinks and some time to rank
 
How can you rank good with duplicate content. Read about supplemental results over Google and you will understand the drawback of your work
 
Many of here make lot's of $$$ with duplicate content ( aka autoblogs). Google don't care about duplicate content ^^, but he put higher PR with that article first and so on.
 
Make your site visible to Search engine, try submit to google webmaster center, Google Analityc, Yahoo & Bing. Don't forget to change privacy setting at your dashboard to be visible to all.
 
Has any of this helped your traffic? I am also new and starting a blog, I installed a couple of plugin's all in one seo and google xml sitemap which i think can make a big difference with your content.
 
You should look around the forum a bit more to find some useful SEO articles. Follow the guidance listed in those articles and traffic will eventually come. You should focus a bit more on other things though if this is a new blog. Just get lots and lots of content until it's presentable (150 - 200 posts) and then just get 1 post a day well you focus on SEO. It should work well.
