My blog is getting natural backlinks

idk if anyone would be interested in hearing this, but it's kinda similar. I had a blog post that was nothing more than, "I found this link and I want to share it on my blog". Literally a link to a download file that no one knew existed.

I hosted the software on my blog's web host, and then I made a video showing how to install the software that the link went to. The video at the time in my opinion was pretty amateur, not really properly done. Somehow people thought I was the person who made the software and that was my blog. That video today has 109,000 views and gains 1000+ views a day.

That blog page has been shared hundreds of times, and other YouTube viewers have made more videos saying to go to my blog page to download the software. It all happened very naturally, and it was quite a shock to see that many people sharing my blog pages. I was making about $5-$12 a day on that 1 page. Personally, I have no idea how to replicate that level of success, lol.

If that page is still getting traffic, here's what I would do. I'd hire a programmer to create a copycat program stating that it supersedes the old one, offer a 3 day limited trial and charge $10 to $20 for a full license.

All my blogs (currently online) do have natural backlinks . Never done any linkbuilding to any of them .

Articles are unique to my niche with a range of 2000-7000 words (Yes it takes a lot of work in the content part)

That takes serious dedication and skill. I would guess niches that you know a lot about or do you research them before writing?

Trick I use:

I walk 10k steps everyday. While I'm walking, I record with my Olympus VN-702 voice recorder based on a vid recommendation on YT. I say whatever comes to mind and plug the results into Dragon NS Premium when I get home. I use the DNSP results as a draft and clean it up in an editor. It beats having to type out an entire 500/1000/2000+ word document where you can't commit 100% of those creative juices hampered by typing.

It just has to be useful content with visibility and likes from organic active users in social media. Backlink profiles are all the same now and it's very easy to detect.

Anyways, I'm off my lunch break, back to work at G* -jk.

Reverse engineer. See what was the content quality that forced them to give you a backlink. Repeat it, should get you tons of other such links.

OP, obviously you're doing something right, congratulations! :) It's nice when the hard work pays off.

Since you're getting linked to, people are starting to recognize your blog, so this might be a good time to start an outreach program and try to get even more valuable white hat links by guest posting and helping out fellow bloggers in whatever way you can think off. Always make sure you content is sharable and of high quality.

Also, it's kind of natural for your CTR to be dropping due to a few factors. First of all, traffic coming from Google Search seems to do the best with AdSense since Google just know more about the visitors intention and are able to show them enticing targeted ads that the visitor is very likely to click on. When you got the backlinks, you also got some traffic that is not coming from Google Search, so it becomes one bit more difficult for Google to target the ads displayed on your website which produces a bit of a lower CTR. Also check the geolocations of your visitors. As you are probably very well aware, there are vast differences in CPC based on locations. Traffic from some countries is pretty much golden while traffic from other countries is next to useless. Additionally, there might be another contributing factor to lower CTRs and it also has to do with your success. You are most probably getting more and more repeat visitors and some of them are probably starting to develop banner blindness - they get used to your design and learn to ignore your ads. When this becomes a big problem it makes sense to start playing with the ad positions from time to time, so things become a bit different and people notice the banners more. You can move ads up and down the sidebar, you can put an ad in the beginning of the article for a few weeks and then move it to the middle or end and so on. You can also experiment with different ad sizes and formats from time to time just to fight that pesky banner blindness.

Anyway, good luck with your authority blog!

Hi Folks,

Today I saw that my blog has got one natural link from DA 40 PA 45 website. They published the post on 8th April and gave internal link to my blog article. It feels really awesome:)

My blog gets around 2000 visits/day and making 15$ per day with adsense. I am also promoting some clickbank products.

Please share some advise on how to take my blog to next level? It's business niche blog with 120 articles

Thanks

That is really good and I think you get this natural backlink only because you have written quality content. So my advice to you is, write quality content and then share on social media sites as much as you can.
Best of luck.

That's amazing news. Congratulations and keep up the excellent content that your generating.

Getting natural backlinks from good metrics domain was good.
You will have good content on your site so other niche related site shared with you.

With that many visitors I'd consider promoting more products from different affiliate programs, instead of just Clickbank.
