mine was pushing a quick update to my proxy routing logic and accidentally hardcoding my own home ip instead of the rotating pool for a scraping test. woke up the next day completely ip banned from half the platforms i was testing against and had to beg my isp for a new dynamic lease. always double check your endpoints before walking away from the keyboard lol.
