My Backlinks not showing up

Google hardly shows any backlinks by doing a normal link check in Google. Although there Webmaster tools do display a good amount of links they still roughly show only 60 %.
Yahoo Site Explorer is a good free choice for checking backlinks as well but this too only shows you a very limited view of your links.
Search engines don't show all of the backlinks anyhow to protect there algorithms. If search engines did display all the backlinks, just imagine how easy it would be to know exactly how many links you need to beat your competitors and what type of PR links.

You can check your backlinks by backlinkwatch dot com. After that if you will get same result, then those are not still indexed by Google. So be patient.

Pinging can help, but I'd recommend LinkPushing or using Scrapebox services to get your links indexed. Linking to your links is a great method that will help get the bots back sooner, rather than later.
