    has anyone else experienced this? I feel like i'm losing my butt over here from all the sitting. I can't have that shit happening. The ladies like something to grab on to. What do I do? Invent a new kind of chair or what. Has anyone lost their glutes from IM?

    Switch to a standing desk... I'm having one made as I write this.

    I expect it will;
    - be better for my health
    - reduce wasted time at my desk doing nothing
    - change my view of my computer from a time waster to strictly somewhere to work

    And all of those three things are good outcomes :)

    I agree. I think downtime would really be shortened if I was standing.

    Do some dead lifts and squats, not too much though. Don't want thunder thighs. Your ideal image is Aziz Shavershian, good luck OP.

    My ideal image varies from day to day, but never is it a muscly man.

    Top favorites include;
    - Priya Rai
    - Mila Kunis
    - Oscar Pistorius' demised partner (forgot her name)
    - Naya Rivera
    - Emma Watson
    - etc etc etc
    but never a muscly man.

    I start working in the computer at 6:30 A.M. and I get up like every 1:30 hours, bought a $170 chair 6 months ago. At 12:00 I jog or skate for 1 hour, shower, lunch then work again until 4-5.

    I've thought of getting one of those. They say that standing too much is bad also.. So I think I'll need both desks here to alternate.

    dang every 1:30 hours.. That's allot of getting up.

    I go out for a walk 30-1 hour , I don't like running.. I should though.

    Oh man don't get me started!! Something about British accents, I could listen to a cute British girl talk all day. Far as celebrity figures go,

    Jennifer Aniston
    Ariana Grande
    Kylie Jenner
    Miley Cyrus

    In an ideal situation I'd have all 4, like King Solomon or something.

    You know the coolest thing about Kylie too is that she's into IM. She wanted to do music for a while but she's starting her own lifestyle website.

    I would suggest a standing desk too...

    I worked for some years standing because I was having back problems and it was very good for me. You can read about it, there are ways to do it so it is not harmful. Like having a small foot stand to switch the weight from time to time. There are chairs designed for this too. A bit like high bar chairs but designed in a way that you are standing up but it supports some of your weight.

    I guess its different for everybody but it feels more natural to me to stand up even in front of a computer and when my day is done, I can sit down and relax instead of wanting to just stand up and move haha...

    Now that I am away, I work sit and at the end of the day I feel like golum or mr burns :p

    I'll have to look into it, thanks for the info.

    Get yourself massage 2-5 times every week. Especially on your sitting area.
    This will remove all your tension and pain. And then you will be as happy as this cheery :)
