My application banned

Hello, I created this website/facebook (videoclipuri-ro.tk) application few days ago. So The functionality is like this:

- to view a video must be logged in to confirm your age
- on your first login appear only one time for each a account a popup saying like this:

By leaving the box checked below, we will post daily a new picture. You can always disable this feature at any point in the future by clicking disable at the bottom of any page, emailing us, or giving us a phone call at xxxxx

If user check the box the application post every day a video to his profile ... with his agreement.

So afret 2 - 3 days I got my application restricted for publish to feed. I mention that in 3 days 9,881 users authorised my application. What did I did wrong?

Despite the fact that they agreed they apparently flagged the posts as spam.
You can do nothing about that, just make another app.

Any advice for the future? I saw a app like identicaly like mine with 1 mil users, how many reports should be to restrict my app?

Or advice me, for example for 1k people that used the app at how many should I post? For 5k? For 10k? For avoid the restriction ....

Put terms and privacy url and in the app don't use any cpa or affiliate links, try to use advertisers which are approved by facebook.

I already put terms and privacy in app, so google adsense is not aproved by facebook or lsm?

Oh wait, are those kind of adult videos ? If it is 18+ content then you should rather try putting humor content and try it again maybe.

None of the videos are adult. Only comedy videos, like hidden camera or somethink.

I think you reffered to this: /watch?feature=player_embedded&v=fcKRJfzNCx4

So adsense and lsm are aproved by facebook?

Lol i think this is the link: developers.facebook.com/adproviders/ so facebook applications does not approve google adsense?

There may be 2 reasons why this happened.
Firstly, spam rate is quite high and secondly, auto posting too much leads to ban no matter what. I had a kind of similar app and that got banned too for similar reasons.

So how should I post? I post with user permission. Should I post only to 50% of users?
I found a trick that is ok to post only to users that vizit more that once your app ...
