I find a niche and set-up a site already, currently 10 article, my kw has 2.400 average montly searches
and medium comp, what should i do for rank my site ?

You start promoting, bookmarking sites and start backlinks by keyword.


The hope only ip in with a lot of references are random, so your rank rises
 
We have enough resources right here in BHW. Luckily, someone has pointed out some for you already.
One advice for you. Make your blog posts to be thick.
 
Top 10 has 44 page authority so its mean hard to rank my site right ?

This two articles are good for a start up. You can read and get started with your site.
Also spend some money for your site, hire someone to do seo and promotions as well.
Also Advertise on Facebook Pages to make your site socially viral :)

Do you know a good tool to check the conpetition for Google (organic traffic).

I've got TF/DA 0 (zero) site that ranks top 5 for lots of keywords. Metrics mean fuck all.
