just as the title says,their support seems like always offline,does anyone got the same problem like me?? I think I should get another vps provider next month.

i have a dedicated server with leaseweb (not VPS) and if something's wrong with my server, i get an email within 5 mins. then it auto gets checked by a real person. w/in 15 mins, i know exactly what's going on with my server. all without me sending them an email.
