my website have 95% organic traffic from google and i'm using adsense for 2 years without problem.
My account banned for related to other disable account.
What should i do now.Can i using other adsense account on my website?

Change the domain of the website, and open an adsense account in different device ( Use RDP )

You should be able to fix it by doing this get a new IP for example if you live in London get Manchester IP then register a new email address registered in say Manchester then the problem should be solved for you if you want you can buy a new Adsense address code for like $5 to $20 quite easy on like Craiglist or Gumtree depending where you want the code sent to as well.

His account is related to another account that was banned.

If one account gets banned then all related accounts will also get banned so make sure there are no relations between your adsense accounts if you have more then one or if you create a new one after getting banned.

Can i use old domain on new adsense account because it's ranking on google
