My Adsense Account Disabled?

This is my old adsense account, So i applied new site few days ago.
Today i receive a mail from adsense, But when i login my account, everything is fine.
I am not sure my adsense account is permanently disabled or still there is chance to work?

I was applied again with my same site, And After 6 days google replied same email, Now when i go to login at Adsense, I see this below notification:

After Resubmit, Adsense showing any error.
What is the reason, How can i fix my adsense?, I need suggestion from you.
 
They just rejected the website
So make it better and submit again
how many articles you have on that website?

Make 1 one site cost me a lot, I make and google reject, this is happening all time.

I think i haven't break any rules, but still rejected.
107 Articles published.

After click Resubmit button, Adsense again redirected me to same dashboard .
And When i go to sites section its show me "requires review", What does it mean?
