Hello, none of the accounts I rented through agencies are spending properly. Can the agencies help me solve my problem by providing the type of account I need? Should I request a camping account or an account with spend history? Despite creating numerous test campaigns, the accounts aren't spending. The agencies have changed about 50 accounts, and the issue persists with all 50. Is there anyone who can help with this matter? I just need assistance; I don't want accounts. If someone can tell me what type of account I should get, that would be sufficient.

Can't identify that with only one reason, there are many factors actually in fb ads. I think you'd be better off asking a professional on HIRE A FREELANCER sub forum

When multiple accounts aren't spending, it's usually due to setup or billing issues, not the account type. First, check your billing, campaign structure, and ad content approvals switching to an old account or one with a spending history won't resolve a faulty setup.

Try using your personal ad manager account to try the same ad you're doing with agency accounts, then you can spot where the problem is coming from.

Yes, this is a common scenario with niche campaigns; you can use an account with a spending history, or an account that has already been heated up.

Actually, the number of old accounts with a spending history isn't large and they're not always available. You can also test with new accounts; many new accounts are very good. But I've never seen anyone test 50 accounts and find that none of them have any spending history. Could they have provided you with funds from the same source? You should ask them to select from multiple sources.

If you've switched 50 accounts from various agencies and still haven't spent anything, the problem is almost certainly not with the accounts themselves.
Facebook is evaluating your fan page, domain, pixel, and campaign setup as a whole. When this environment is flagged, the results will be the same whether you use an account with a spending history or a trial account.
You shouldn't request a different type of account. Instead, request a clean page, a new pixel, a domain that has never run ads before, and a campaign setup that is stable and natural. When the environment is right, new accounts should still be able to spend normally.

If you've switched 50 accounts and your ads still aren't spending, the problem might lie with your campaign; it might have some kind of error. However, to confirm this accurately, you'll need to access your campaign's internal workings.

Could you try profile based accounts as part of your test
Something seems to be fundamentally wrong with the event

Also, try advertising with an account created in same geo

Should I request a camping account or an account with spend history
You should. If this type of account still cannot launch, you should change your ad creatives and content already. Checking your app/web to see if it works properly without a shadow ban

You need personal advertising accounts from your profile, not from a business manager. They launch much better and are not linked to each other, meaning that if 1-2-3 accounts do not spend their budget, it does not mean that the fourth will not spend it either. That is their charm.

If 50 accounts are not spending (WILL YOUR CAMPAIGN BE REJECTED?), the problem is most likely with your campaign setup, payment, or BM trustworthiness (you might be better suited for a verified business BM). Older accounts or those with a spending history would be a better fit for you.

I think the problem lies in how you set up your ads; perhaps you set the bid price too low, which makes distribution difficult.

Try using accounts with a spending history. If they still haven't spent anything or are disabled, I think Facebook is flagging your ads as a serious violation.

i changed content a lot of time

Facebook evaluates the entire ecosystem, including the page, domain, pixel, and campaign setup. When these elements are flagged, the results are the same regardless of whether it's a trial account or one with a spending history.
You don't need to request a different account type. Clean up the page, use a new pixel, a domain that hasn't run ads before, and set up the campaign again in a stable way. When the environment is right, any account can spend normally.

Stop experimenting with too many accounts if the success rate is zero. The biggest reason is often a lack of trust from the Business Manager (BM) or campaign content that violates policies. Request a more diverse account feed and prioritize accounts with a clear spending history. A verified BM combined with a strong intrinsic account will be the ultimate solution for consistently rejected ads.

The problem is most likely not with the account type (trial or with a spending history). When 50 different accounts fail to spend, the cause is often related to system settings such as payment methods, Business Manager, ad content, pixel/domain, or IP/device login.
Currently, Facebook prioritizes clean Business Managers (BMs) with valid payment methods (no virtual cards – use cards registered and verified by a legitimate bank) and compliant content. Accounts with a spending history are not guaranteed to spend if these factors are problematic.
You should ask your ad agency to check the BM, payments, policy status, and delivery diagnostics (fan page delivery suggestions), instead of simply switching accounts. Testing more accounts won't solve the root cause if the settings are still faulty.
Ideally, the advertising agency should have a technician check everything for you, instead of having to change your ad account every time there's a problem (unless it's disabled).

There are hundreds of Facebook agency companies out there, but you can't try them all; you should choose one with good reviews.
