my ad network is asking for admin access for my site, is this normal? problem is only their home ads are showing on my site. need suggestions.

Well I will say it's not normal, because if I understand you very well you were saying the access you normally use was denied then something is wrong....wait for a while and retry

if you have a problem within your website (as you stated),
it's completely normal they ask for credentials to take a look and solve the problem,

If you feel insecure doing so, take a back up of the website,
or simply ask them to use team viewer to connect instead

It’s normal because those guys will take over, set up ads, ads.txt file. Here you can create a separate account for then. If you can share the ad network name I’ll tell you if it’s a legit one or no, cause I know few do ask it
