My account was hacked please help

Hi one of my clients Instagram account got just hacked. Apparently she clicked on a link she received on a message and now she can't access the account as they changed password and email. She contacted Instagram but not luck. Anyone here that can help with that?

Same happened to my customer yesterday. It has never happened to me, someone can help?
She filled some email saying that she was allowed to get verified and turkish guy hack her account with 150k Followers. He removed email and changed phone number. She does not remember password of her email. What could I do to help her ?

that's not true at all. Hackers they hack through your mail

That's really difficult to achieve. Maybe you could contact instagram support.
