I opened an account and started joining groups and then Facebook told me this.
You only have 30 days left to request a review. After that your account will be permanently disabled.
there is a message that say Help Us Confirm It's You but I cant click continue.
is there is a way to join groups and avoid this happening in the future? can my IP get panned? should I use a vpn?

There you go, that's your problem.
You need aged accounts that are properly warmed up, and even then you shouldn't join more than 15 groups a day.
Let alone proxies. You need very high quality proxies to succesfully multi-account on Facebook. Finding working proxies can be a very tedious job.
 
Facebook would believe your account was done by a bot so blocked for that reason if you have a new account do it slow to start with like max 5 per day

its verified by email.
Facebook isn't giving me the option to verify with any other way.

the only thing I can do other than switch to light mode is logging out there is no options or anything.
they didn't send me any email about the reason.

They will ban your account no matter what you do. It's better to leave this account and create a new one. You shouldn't even add friends after creating a new account. Let the account age and slowly increase your activity. Don't interact others until 7-10 days. You can post pics and messages on your wall. If you can't wait, then it's better to buy an aged account.

See, a normal human wouldn’t do that, I’d say trash the account, count your losses and move on. Setup a new account and warm it up before going on a group adding spree. I usually join 8 groups an hour with a max of 16 in a day and spend the rest of the day warming up by liking stuff and commenting on photos etc.

Your participation in too many FB groups is a violation of FB's community standards. You will be banned from some functions or subject to identity verification. however the account will come back if you upload your Photo ID

Some of fb groups are scam so please don't try to join all groups . You just join relevant groups . I hope by doing this your account will not lock

You can buy old fb accounts with friends.
Then you can joining unlimited groups
