Sorry for the newbie Q, but I thought AC stood for Associated content.
Who has the best place for submitting articles?

The best way for you to discover how is to experiment. Submit articles re: topics that are really popular in the search engines, the news, Yahoo! Buzz, etc. Beyond the topic(s), your articles need to be fairly well written, have a decent word count - 500-600 words, an eye catching title & use topic related image(s).

From my experience with 20 articles accepted by AC, personal finance articles should get decent upfront money & good page views. My best upfront pay - $15.21 - on an AC article was for a "how to" on credit cards. Another about the drama surrounding the daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith earned me $8.29 on the front end. My lowest upfront payment was $3.24 for a balance xfer arbitrage article.
