I'm pretty sure only about 2 people out of 5 who actually try this will make a little money and only one will succeed.People on here like the lazy short term methods.Fantastic share for thinking long term.I wouldn't mind doing something like this in the future but with a different niche.

Awesome method mate. i want to add something. After done the method we should focus local seo . For example dentist in longbeach or CA or somewhere. We can rank very fast i think (maybe with some high pr backlinks )

Brilliant method. I do however see one problem with the getting the professionals to write the articles idea. I have a quite a few dentists who are clients and for them to find the time to sit and write articles I really don't see that panning out too well. Other then that, this method is solid.

interesting method, though my first thought about this method is that do you just make up fake dentist or do you contact real dentist and say as a bonus charge a trail basis of $10 you will write an article and put a link to their practice so they can see some traffic come in?
As hustler has pointed out some client simply do not have the time to sit down and write but you could offer a service of writing the article for $10-$25 (depending on quality) give it to them to sign off on (for legal reasons) and then post it. May take mroe time but you are able to get a bit more money out of them if you use iwrite or fiverr

Good stuff, most people overlook the simple power of social engineering and offline efforts, but in some cases/niches it's the fastest way to success. To speed up the process, a phone call from your "authority blog" asking for guest post with a good script may get more doctors writing for you faster.
