My 60.000 subscribers isn't getting new viewers

Hey frens,
I have youtube channel with around 60k subs. My problem is I am getting for example 10k views, but when i got to analysis 97% of views are coming from my subscribers and only 3% comes from non subscribers. This really breaks my heart because Im basically stuck and can't grow... Can you give any ideas why is this happening?

Keep making videos. YT algo will one day push one of your videos because 10k views from 60k subs is a decent engagement.
You can also try to promote your videos on other platforms, try FB groups.

throw in some quick fire shorts, they wont build a channel
but they will add a lot of quick fire outside views.

You might be shadow banned. People usually forget about this "YouTube power".
Same as other Social Media platforms, they use this term to keep "flagged" accounts out of public view.

@Brko95 did you noticed this problem lately or was like this for long? What's your niche?

You are 100% right, i thought same... Its been like that for few months. Im shadow banned i guess..

Likely a case of shadow ban. Create videos and promote on other platforms to a traction balance that can change the algo

i would set up a facebook group featuring your videos only and link them back to your youtube channel, That way you can keep getting Subscribers and stick some Affiliate links in there to. You can still earn the bullion.

Keep posting your videos and make sure you use proper title on your videos.
