My $30k+ in 2-3 years plan!

It's easily doable as you said you just need the drive! What I would suggest is to not jump between methods, perfect a few rather than do a lot badly. GOOD LUCK!

In 2 years it would take a bit more than 1k so it's deff possible....

You prove a valid point, but your point isn't going to change my decision on how I will spend my money.

Why not getting paid job and earn 60-110 k$ (with masters related to ITT)?
Spend some time on your IM passion as hobby and see if it works.

Result: stable income + potentially residual income. Just buy some good car if you like after 1 year.

My personal situation:
I am building my businesses (SEO Agencies and SEO Platform development) as side activity and making my current bosses and HR know what I do (to avoid misunderstandings)

I think invest some money in buying Professional Marketing BST Services. They will do magic for you.:D

$30k in 2 years is way too conservative of a goal. Aim significantly higher.

What are you some kind of oracle? So you know for a fact real estate is going back up? Yeah, I thought not. Go away.

P.S. He's buying one because he wants one, and not as some speculative financial asset.

If he does that, he'll stay in the rat race and he won't learn a thing.

Oh no, all this IM is just money on the site. It's not going to be my main source of income, it's more of a hobby.

Keep it civilized people.

@LittleBoots

Either state your opinion without insulting other members or don't state it at all. This isn't your bathroom. Post removed.

Other start-up ideas for you;

1. Amazon - pick any niche any product that people want at this time of the year. create a blog about the subject chosen - add products and your affiliate links -- then add content about the topic -- bookmark and promote with social media.

2. Adsense - pick a niche - make a site - write the articles yourself or buy them from Natasha in BST Thread - add adsense - and promote

3. YouTube/Content Locking -- find something people want - create a blog about it - add a locker so that people have to do a survey to access the content -- promote on Youtube and other Social Media

4. Write Articles for people - either under a service/your own BST or Fiverr

5. Buy a Logo Program - make logos for people on Fiverr - promote your gig

6. Resell Fiverr Gigs -- find good Fiverr Gigs and resell on Craigslist in your area.

7. Go out to businesses in your local area and sell them Seo Services - then contact Bass Tracker Boats and have his BST Thread do the work for you.

8. Join a CPA Company - go print flyers for an offer - go to shopping mall and hand them out to people or place on car windshields

9. Buy Se Nuke - UD or Magic Submitter and start selling people services based on the product.

10. Buy Ubot build bots and sell them.

My real passion is Information Tech + Web Development. This is what I want to major in college. I'm not sure what the $30k is for, but when I have it ill make the decision what to spend It on. College. A range rover. A trip. Investments. Who knows!

Then start off doing a few freelance things, setup a site selling your services, get yourself on odesk, freelancer.com - literally be everywhere!

What I believe would be an awesome service (and I'm looking for someone to do this now) is speed optimisation of wordpress installs and tidying the code up, making sprites etc - You could easily charge a flat rate of $247 for something like that and a talented coder could do it in one day no problem.

Just selling 1 of those per day would equate to $59,280

You have no idea how handy it is for people like me to have freelance coders on our contacts list to jump in and fix things - things that take you minutes put can charge $20 upwards for.

Whatever you do, do something that uses your talents to their full potential.

You'll be handling $30k+ budget projects in no time :)
