That was very inspiring. Heart touched! When you talk about focus! i realised the long way i have come in the past 2 and half years!
The Biggest mistake i did was Delaying projects you planned. Now when this projects gave me a good Kickstart earning Morethan 50k$ a year. I have turned out to be more focused and determined to explore more and be more specialized.

When i was in College! it was hard for me to ask extra pocket money from my parents! they do provide me whatever i ask for! but i didnt like it! i always looked for a full time Income. There were days! when i had 20 Indian rupees and to spend 1 week with that. (1$=64 Indian rupees) /yea india is a very cheap place you can make a living with 200 rs a week,if you have a place to stay

All this time i was very honest with myself and my clients and people i met online! which helped me a lot! Now i made a good bussiness network looking forward to excell atleast 5x by this march! The most important factor i am happy with myself is that i could apply most of my closest friend with full time money and make them productive. I am happy to see the positive change in their life!

I could relate your focus towards your work with mine,that is the reason i am so touched! Its not just you,i have met bunch of people here with whom i can related! BHW is a gold mine! and changed my life forever! i know more experts now! i can get my targets achieved in 6 months which would have taken 3 years and loosing out xxxx US$.

I have a quick question for you. I have made most of my money through flipping sites. I am considering CPA now.

if you were to start fresh today, would you pick CPA or flipping sites?

It's probably why I have been struggling so much, I have to many small projects that maybe isn't a good idea. I am going to try harder to reach my goals, I know I can find something that will work, I don't ever want to find a 9-5 job!!! I'm 17 but I want to start my business early as possible while learning from BHW.

I have some questions that probably will be useful to other member here.
1) You mentioned that you read and learn a lot, but you also work a lot. How you manage your time between learn/research and actually doing the work? I found that even reading/learning what's on BHW is taking lots of time, not to include following blogs, tweets, video tutorial, etc. Would you mind to shed us some light on here?
2) You mentioned that you have web properties that each generating $xxx - $xxxx per month. If you build it from scratch, how did you found the ideas to create it? But if you buy then grow it, how can you decide which properties that have potential to grow?

Thanks for the kind words and your questions

1) This is something that has taken me time to get into good habits of working more than reading. As I've hired more staff (in an office with me) it's forced me to work more as I have more bills to pay! That's one way to get me motivated. I've also got to the stage where I know what I'm doing business wise (our service is constantly being improved, but it's still the same I've been doing for years) so that consistency helps - I'm not chasing the next big trend. The challenges are always changing as you grow a company, so I still read a lot. At this stage, making sure the bills are paid, I'm also responsible to my staff. Their role relies on me knowing what I'm doing and delivering on my work, so that is another push.

2) Tend to buy them. Only buy 1-2 a year now as we are trying to focus on our main service. When I do buy sites, I tend to buy something that I know can be easily improved (usually improving monetization/ad placement). I don't buy anything if I can't make instant improvements as it's just not worth my time. It also comes with experience - I've been doing this for years now so generally have a good eye for what works and what doesn't (I'm not always right, though!).
