My 2 wordpress site got hacked?

Hey guys, I had a wordpress website which was indexing in about ~200 keywords.
Last month, due to a vulnerability, my website got into some redirect issues to a malicious website.

I have fixed my website but the redirect issue is still there in cached search engine results.

How to fix this?

What do you mean by cached search engine result. If you are opening cache page (google last visit) then it will be ok when google will crawl again your website pages.

but if you are opening any page directly from google search result and then it’s still redirecting to other sites then there is problem in your website .

when i search for a keyword my website is ranking on 2nd page 2nd rank but when i click the site it takes me to a different page. how to fix this?

It's mean your website issue not fixed, You have still issue with that. Find some js codes or issue with any plugin in your site.
