Did you check the email they should've sent telling you exactly how you broke ToS? How are we supposed to know?

They said for sexuality, this is my fourth time being disabled

Do you have a website and/or verified Facebook fanpage with phone number tied to any of these accounts?
From what I've seen, is that those who have their fanpages linked to their IGs accounts decreases their chances of being disabled on IG. You strengthen your odds even more so if you're able to get your Facebook fanpage verified so that the checkmark carries over to your IG page. I don't know if this applies to you or not. And just for clarity, did they disable this account 4 times or 4 different accounts?
They disabled the same account four times, someone was targeting my page! I had my page linked to a facebook business page as well. They've sent me an email asking me to hold a pic with a code, but when I send this in I get a reply saying
If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you can let us know from within the app. Open Instagram, enter your username and password and follow the on-screen instructions.

cute video, however I'd rather deal with sufficient informations rather than sarcasm. A friend of mine got "slapped" yet her 950K page was reactivated three months later...

on a serious note go to mpsocial forum, they have information on how to reactivate banned accounts

That sucks! At least you were able to get it reopened several times but you'd think that they would have kept it open since this keeps happening and you do just enough to get it reopened.
