Wanting to do something for BHW for my 1500th post, so I have decided to give away 3 SEO evaluations of a local business site. It can be your site, or a customers site, as long as it is a local business.

This is for businesses in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia only, due to the limitations of the tool.

I have started a SEO reporting service for local business owners. I use a company called Bright Local to create some of these reports, along with other tools.

For the sites selected I am giving away the following SEO evaluation reports.

1. General SEO Evaluation covering the following:
Off-Site SEO Score
On-Site Local SEO Score
Search Ranking Avg. (organic)
Local Search Ranking Avg.
Google+ Local Listing Score
Local Directory Listing Score

2. Citation Report
This report lists the current citations the site has, and gives a list of citations that the site does not have. It includes links to the citations you have so you can view them, and for the ones you do not have, a link to the citation submit page.

3 Rank Check
Keyword rank tracking report for up to 25 keywords

4. Google + Local report
This tool works by comparing the details of your Google+ Local profile against top 10 local competitors. It compares a number of important ‘Local SEO' factors (e.g. citations) as well as content on your profiles such as number of reviews, review ‘Score', photos and categories selected. The tool presents this information in an easy to read table so you can quickly compare your business to competitors and see what you need to do to outrank them.

5.Broken Link Report:
This is a broken links report made by using Xenu. It's the same report you can run for yourself, I just include it for my customers.

These reports will not be as effective for an IM site, please this is for local business sites only.

Indicate your interest below.

Winners will have to provide the information needed to properly run these reports.

Goes to the first 3 members who have 200 posts, and 50 rep.

Hi

I'd be happy to help.

The site is UK based in London.

I monitor 20 KWs for the site. It ranks quite well for the key KWs - up to #1 but some are below Local and some above..

I don't expect something for nothing! If you choose the site I'll be happy to give genuine, and quality feedback regarding your service.

I'm used to the corporate world so will be similar to many of your customers.

Get in touch if you are interested and I'll send you the URL.

Cheers,

Phil

would love to have that giveaway. Maybe i can kiss you or something if i where to be chosen. The kiss will only be on the upper part of the body if you want on the lower part you will need to give me another giveaway. :D

Congrats buddy! Im looking forward to my 1000th post. :)

PS:
The website is Australian by the way. :)

im interested, if it can be used for UK local ?

Awesome milestone - congratulations!

I've always found you to be one of the most valuable contributors to BHW. You seem to share more knowledge in your public conversations with other members on relatively innocuous threads than 99% of all other posts and threads (no disrespect to this forum - it remains the greatest of all IM communities and there's tons of golden posts and threads).

Case in point - http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...tations-local-search-engine-optimization.html
I even added part of that discourse to my BHW blog back in May - it remains my only blog post: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...tations-local-search-engine-optimization.html - thanks for that!

In regards to the giveaway, count me in. I'd like to get a proper diagnosis of my mother's business website so I can help her out a bit.

Nothing but the best moving forward!

Hey there bud, it's been a while since we last spoke. If you're looking for a review, I'd be glad to provide you with a thorough one.

This is a great giveaway! Sadly, I think it may be closed as you've broken the giveaway rules.

You're not allowed to pick people randomly.

I thought you had to do that, I'll check with the mods...

You have to accept people on a first come first served basis. However, you can restrict the eligible people by restricting it to Jr VIPs only or members with more than 200 posts for example.

Something must have happened, last night it was 1500. II couldn't have been THAT tired.

Still messed it up!

After speaking with Jerico, I found out that I indeed cannot choose. I can only decide on qualifying requirements and give it to the first 3 qualifiers.

Without looking at any of the responses after finding this out, I decided on people with 200 posts, and 50 rep. The OP is corrected now.

The winners are:

Keytenx

David355

Moosey

I apologise for setting this up all wrong, to you folks who responded, the community, and to the mod for this forum, Jerico.

I have added to his workload when paying attention to the details would have avoided the whole problem. He (or she) was most gracious, didn't even bite my head off or anything.

Keytenx. David355, Moosey, I will send you a list of the information I will need as soon as I get back to the office..

IT will include the standard information, NAP, keywords, URL and so on.
