well the PR7 + PR6 wikisites are
Got pm how to find PR blogsites with low OBLs
easiest way:
-> install SeoQuake plugin for firefox
-> check backlinks from a competitors page that has a lot of blog comment links
-> let seoquake fetch all Pageranks from first 100 sites in yahoo explorer
now you have all high pr blogsite where posting is allowed.
for example you found
PR4 blog
http://j4blog.tistory.com/593
next step open google and search for:
site:http://j4blog.tistory.com/
now google is listing all inner pages form the blog. simple use seoquake to check
PR and look for a site with low OBLs

Lesson learned, never share your best back linking sites publicly Well, they were nofollow anyway...
But yes, SEO Quake used on FF and Google or Yahoo search results is a killer technique to find out high PR sites and subpages on sites. If one could just automate it to extract sites on a file, put on background to work days after days. Maybe iMacros could do it actually...
