its a good post. a side note - you could also create social servies type site and sell on flippa and then when you give the buyer details of how to run the site with the service providers you go via your affiliate link.

This reminds me the guy that worked for a dev company and was outsourcing his dev jobs to an overseas team. They were faster than his team coworkers, cleaner code and more efficiently so he was one of the most valued devs in his company... He was spending half of his money on this task but he had plenty of time to move into other projects beyond what the company asked him to do.
If you know how to outsource well, to have a good quality control in between and you focus on sells, this is clearly a business by itself (intermediation services)

AdWords is hella expensive mate, 3$ cpc won't be good for a positive ROI. What traffic source do you use?
