mview.me - down? or done?

What up guys. If you're not familiar with the site mview.me, it was a simple tool for building mobile landing pages. It was free, didn't require a log in, and would give you two short urls for each one you build - one to edit it, and one for the actual page. Anyway, I had been using it for several mobile campaigns and today they're all dead in the water because the entire site is down. When you go to mview.me now you get the error:

Cannot open database "gmacut_mview" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'gmacut_mview'.

...with a bunch of other bullshit underneath. Not being a programmer/web designer, I have no idea what it means. Can anyone tell me if it looks like they didn't pay their server bills and closed up shop, or is this some kind of small glitch that might be fixed soon. I ask because it's a major hassle to switch all of my campaigns over but I'm about to start doing so because this is costing me a lot of money.
