MVB best setup? Does it still wor k effectively?

I have 50 YT accounts atm and a bunch of private proxies, so each account has it's own assigned proxy. What's the best set up for this? The videos have titles, descriptions, tags etc in spintax, so that base is covered. Is there anything else I need to do to stop this looking too suspicious?
