Step 1: Visit profile 2 and click friends tab and then mutual friends.
Step 2: Unfriend them all.
Repeat the above steps for each profile.

This looks like a more advanced method than mine and also saves a lot of time for the boy which he can spend on creating more female accounts both on BHW and FB.
