I'd go with Multipress, it's all integrated in WP. Autoblog Samurai is a desktop program.

Plus the official Multipress site gets better SERP results when you search both their names. That speaks volumes.

they are 2 different things totally. multipress is for creating wp blogs and posting. but samurai is aiming at only posting and samurai is not a plugin it is a standalone software.
