Can someone suggest any good software for managing hundreds of blogs?

What do you want to do with them? What type of blogs and what type of tasks?

A software that can do mass posting. I have a network of around 400 blogs. I use this in my link building services.

I just tested out software to do just this...

I picked bloghatter... its quite an amazing piece of software..... I just rolled out 80 blogs.. and set up bloghatter to post 2 posts a day on each blog for 6 months... the whole process took me about 16 hours.

Give it a try.
