mutiple accounts- payment

I'm running local ads for clients and I want to open a new account so we have 2 campaigns running in the same area for the same keywords.

I know I need to use a different payment method with a different name on the card.
Whats the best solution for this issue?

Go to the bank and issue 2 debit cards under the same account.
